Auditory and Surgical Education for Ethiopian Nationals in Ethiopia

Ethiopian Otology NFP is an IRS-designated 501(c)3 public charity (EIN = 33-3715936)

Our purpose is to supplement the training of Ethiopian hearing professionals in Ethiopia.

We facilitate training in audiology, ear surgery, and Cued Speech by providing teachers, equipment, instruments and educational support and encouragement.

Our Impactful Projects

Otologic Surgery Fellowship

We are proud to have trained seven otologists since 2018, providing cutting-edge education in ear surgery despite the challenges posed by COVID-19 & local service interruptions.

Audiometry & Hearing Aid Training

Our programs equip medical personnel with the skills needed to conduct audiometry, fit hearing aids, and perform pediatric testing, bringing critical hearing solutions to those in need.

Ethiopian Cued Speech Training

We support training for Deaf educators, Deaf children, their siblings, and parents in Cued Speech, ensuring comprehensive communication support & education for the Deaf community.
